Help Connor March Drum Corps!!

Connor Stitzel
Hello! My name is Connor Stitzel, and I am an 18-year-old percussionist from Louisville, Colorado. I was recently contracted to march with The Battalion, an Open-Class Drum and Bugle Corps that competes in Drum Corps International. This organization, also called DCI, is considered to be "marching music's major league". Participating in a Drum and Bugle Corps and competing at this extreme level of musicianship is something that has been a dream of mine since I was first introduced to the marching arts.
The aim of The Battalion is "to provide learning and performance opportunities for young adults" which will develop the character, artistry, selflessness, and leadership skills of its participants. The Battalion has musicians audition from all over the country, so it is a huge honor to have been offered a place in this ensemble, which represents musical talent from 27 different US states.
Unfortunately, it is extremely expensive to march with a Drum and Bugle Corps. My family and I are doing everything we can to fund my dream of marching with such an advanced ensemble, and I am hoping to turn to the community that I have built to help me reach my musical goals. I am extremely grateful to everyone who helped me reach this point. I sincerely appreciate every little bit that you can do to support me, including sharing this page with anyone you know who may be willing to help!
Thank you!
