Hello!! My name is Joaquin Quiroz. I am a multi-instrumentalist music student in highschool based in Corpus Christi, Texas. I aspire to be a good performer and/or music teacher and Drum Corps International is one of the few stepping stones I wish to apply to my music career. From what I know and have gathered over my years being interested in this activity, drum corps is a place where people like me can learn a lot more during the summer season(s) about how to grow into a more well rounded adult, as well as a practitioner of the arts. It is an opportunity for me to strengthen my craft as a musician and to apply those skills elsewhere in my future career. Making me more responsible and a better collaborator with my peers.

However, this activity is not so easy to get into. All corps across America require their members to pay tour fees over the season. As much as I wish I had the funds, I do not. Even some of the most lenient and less expensive corps such as the Raiders, who I am wishing to be apart of this summer, still make a hefty amount on me personally. I need your help. 

This one summer with the Raiders, participating in the Drum Corps International Open Class bracket would be a dream come true. But it cannot happen without you.
