My name is Nicholas Austin, and I’m honored to be the sole auxiliary percussionist for Eclipse Drum & Bugle Corps this season. This is a huge step in my musical journey, and I couldn’t be more excited to represent the heartbeat of the front ensemble.

As the only aux player, I’ll be handling everything from cymbals and tambourine to concert rack, possibly even timpani, if the corps can secure a set. It’s a big responsibility, but one I’ve worked hard to earn through years of dedication in school ensembles, honor bands, and the Commonwealth Brass Band.

Being part of Eclipse DBC is more than just performing—it’s about pushing my limits, building lifelong skills, and preparing for a future in music and performance.
